The police body camera footage of Syrian Muslim terrorist Mohamed Barakat invites the observation that Fargo, North Dakota’s white residents will simply have to live with a little terrorism now and then, just like whites everywhere. So said Sadiq Khan, the Pakistani mayor of London, England. After a Muslim bomber hit New York in 2016, Khan opined that bombings are “part and parcel of life in a big city.”
Fargo isn’t a big city, but forget that.
Barakat, whom police killed in a shootout after he murdered one cop and wounded two others, was a Syrian asylee who became a citizen in 2019. He had enough firearms and ammunition to start a revolution in a small Central American country. He also possessed bomb-making ingredients: a propane tank, several gas cans, and even a hand grenade [Background information on Fargo shooter made available in Friday news conference, by Bella Kraft, KFYR, July 21, 2023]. As well, he searched the internet for “kill fast” and “explosive ammo.” As well, he was yet another terrorist on the FBI’s “radar,” as they say, but somehow never stopped before he could kill [Man who ambushed Fargo officers likely had bigger and bloodier attack in mind, attorney general says, by Jack Dura and Heather Hollingsworth, Associated Press, July 21, 2023]. Police interviewed him twice about his guns and bomb materials [Authorities now say Barakat was interviewed twice about weapons, Hami Arain, KVRR, August 2, 2023].
Barakat’s attack on police on July 14 was yet another case of Sudden Jihad Syndrome, and he was clearly planning a major terror attack.
After Barakat went berserkers, Front Page's Daniel Greenfield explained what Treason Lobby communists and resettlement activists have done to once-safe Fargo:
8% of Fargo is foreign born. Much of that population comes from the Middle East and Islamic areas in Africa like Sudan and Somalia. Even much of the European refugee contingent is Bosnian. The massive influx of refugee resettlement allowed local politicians to boast that Fargo was growing much faster than the rest of the state or the country.
Fargo’s population shot up from 74,000 in 1990 to 90,000 in 2000 to 128,000 today. Somalis flooded Fargo, as did Iraqis, Bosnians and Bangladeshis. Amid the pure snows rose mosques, ethnic welfare nonprofits, Halal markets and other outposts of the new population.
By 2000, six hundred Somali families occupied Fargo, by 2004, Somalis outnumbered Hispanics in the Fargo public school system. Refugee resettlement, led by Lutheran Social Services, continued bombarding the state with foreign migrants, 70% of them embedded into the Fargo area.
[The Islamization of North Dakota, July 19, 2023]
Barakat is not the only one of his kind. In 2021, a Liberian possibly imported by Fargo’s refugee activists stabbed a white girl, Jupiter Paulsen, more than 20 times.
Yet another “refugee,” Dahir Adan, shouting “Alahu Akbar,” stabbed 10 people at a mall in St. Cloud, Minnesota in 2016.
In 2011, a Somali called Omar Mohamed Kalmio murdered his girlfriend, a Sioux Indian, her mother, brother, and someone else.
Bad as all that sounds, Mayor Tim Mahoney knows that diversity is Fargo’s strength:
Millennials who are increasingly working in these jobs like to have a multicultural area that has differences in people. We really need a diverse population to be more like a normal American city.
“Normal American cities[?]” with “diverse populations” are becoming Third World hellholes. But apropos of Khan’s remark, that’s just “part and parcel” of living in one.
We await the Leftist Mainstream Media’s investigation of who helped Barakat into the country, who OK’d his asylum application, and how many of the refugee industry’s Muslim imports have murdered Americans.
